BOPP Thermal lamination film

BOPP thermal laminating film is a 2 layer product which consists of basic film and adhesive. It is suitable for dry laminating. The basic layer of film does not melt at laminating temperature. It is produced through the extrusion coating process where the adhesive is applied to the film. When heated, the adhesive melts to a tacky condition where it is married to the printed sheet under extreme pressure. When cooled to a solid again, the adhesive provides a high strength chemical bond. Our adhesives give superior bond strengths on a wide variety of subject material, Such as paper, board, metal, plastics, etc.

BOPP预涂膜覆膜就是把预先涂好黏合剂的薄膜通过橡胶辊和加热滚筒的加压、加热后，和纸制品黏合到一起形成纸塑合一的产品,用以保护及合成纸张的塑料胶片印刷面, 使用于具有加热功能的覆膜机,广泛应用于印刷方面,例如书本/杂志的封面, 宣传单等.

预涂膜覆膜工艺控制要点

1．覆膜温度

预涂膜上的黏合剂是热熔胶，温度决定了热熔胶的熔融状态，决定了热熔胶分子向BOPP薄膜、印刷品墨层、纸张等的渗透能力和扩散能力。尽管覆膜温度的提高有助于黏合强度的增强，但温度过高会使薄膜产生收缩，产品表面发亮、起泡，产品产生皱褶。根据实践经验，覆膜温度应控制在90～105°C之间。

2. 覆膜压力

在实际生产中，应当根据纸张的不同来调节压力。比如对于纸质疏松的纸张，压力要大一些，反之则小一些。根据经验，覆膜压力一般设定为8～15MPa为宜。

3．覆膜速度

覆膜速度慢，BOPP薄膜上黏合剂的受热时间相对较长，薄膜和纸张的压合时间长，黏结效果好，但生产效率低。覆膜速度快，BOPP薄膜上的黏合剂在加热滚筒上的受热时间短，薄膜和纸张的接触时间短，黏合效果差。国产预涂膜覆膜设备的生产速度一般控制在8—20m／min之间。

4. 特殊印刷品覆膜参数控制

特殊印刷品是指印刷面积大．墨层厚，色泽深、纸张含水量大、纸张尺寸大的印刷品。对此类印刷品进行覆膜时，覆膜参数控制一般如下。

覆膜温度：100～110°C

覆膜压力：18一20Mpa

覆膜速度：5—10m／min

Directions for using BOPP thermal laminating film:

1) Heat Roll Temperature(°C): normal: 90~105°C;

special: 100～110°C

2) Roller pressure: normal: 8~15MPa;

Special: 18-20Mpa

3) Speed: normal: 8~20m/min;

special :5-10m／min
