一、产品特点

1、环保安全：本产品无毒、无味、无苯。覆膜过程中不产生任何污染气体和物质，彻底根除了易燃溶剂的使用和储存所产生的火灾隐患。

2、性能优异：大幅度提升印刷品色彩饱和度和光亮度，粘接力强，吃粉能力强，有效防止了印刷品在模切、凹凸后起泡和脱膜。哑光预涂膜还能适应覆膜后的局部UV上光、烫印、网印、磨砂等工艺。

3、操作简便：只需热辊温度符合要求，即可随时覆膜，无需专业技巧。

4、高效节能：覆膜时省却了调胶、上胶、加热、烘干等程序，提高效率，降低成本。

5、适应机型广：本产品适应于干式覆膜机使用，原有的溶剂覆膜机只需将上胶和加热烘干装置关闭即可使用，无需改动原设备。

Environmentally friendly: It is environmentally friendly, non-hazardous to health and safe to use as no toxic gases or volatile content is emitted. Safely in laminating process as no solvent based adhesive is used.

High function: Compared with other solvent lamination, our film is better in clarity and bonding. Strong ability of absorbing powder. It prevents lamination from being pressed, bubbled and shredded off easily. Matt thermal lamination film is good for spot UV and hot stamping.

Easy handling: It is easy to operate once the required temperature is met and no special technique required.

Efficient and energy-saving: Production cost is reduced substantially as there is no film wastage, mixture of adhesive solvent, and no UV heating lamp is required.

Adaptable to different kinds of machines: This film is recommended to be used in dry laminator. Small adjustments need to be made to the machine if the film is used in wet laminator.

二、使用参数：

覆膜设备：干式、湿式覆膜机

热辊温度：一般印刷品：85~100°C

特殊印刷品：100~110°C

压力：10-20Mpa

速度：5-10 m/min

备注：特殊印刷品是指油墨厚度、色泽深、水份重、纸张定量大的印刷品。

Process Parameter:

Remarks: special laminations refer to those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content and bigger size paper.

三、使用指引：

1． 请根据不同纸张及油墨情况调整压辊压力和热辊温度。

2． 如果第一次使用本产品，或更改印刷材料，工艺条件等，建议先做小批量试验，在决定大批量使用。

3． 下列情况，有可能影响覆膜效果：

a. 使用金属油墨

b. 油墨中含有过量的石蜡、干燥油、去粘剂、硅类添加剂等

c. 油墨层过厚

d. 油墨未完全干透

e. 纸张湿度大

f. 喷粉过量

Application manual:

1． Adjust rller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.

2． When using the film for the first tiome or changing to orher sizes. We recommend a small trial volume before going into fully mass lamination.

3． The following situation will affect the quality of the film during lamination.

a. When using metal ink

b. When the ink contains too much wax, dried oil, adhesive, and silicon additive. etc.

c. When the ink is too thick

d. When the ink is not completely dry

e. When the paper contains too much moisture

f. When there is too much powder
